Abbe and Erin’s story is very unique, both growing up at the same dance school from the age of ten both pursued their passion for the performing arts. Abbe pursuing her career as a vocal artist and later completing her education in Certificate Iv in Performing Arts and A Diploma of Musical Theatre. Who then was the founder and current Artist Director of one of the largest and most successful performing arts academies in the country, Dynamite Studios.

Erin pursued a career as a dancer- performing overseas and nationally around Australia then later completed her double degree in secondary education and found herself employed by her lifelong friend Abbe as the Head of accredited courses at Dynamite Studios and here the dynamic duo was born.

Abbe and Erin’s passion for working alongside young people and assisting them in fulfilling a long, successful careers lead to the creation of Evolution Agency. Evolution Agency is the largest commercial dance agency in Queensland, and with a long list of success stories there is no doubt Abbe and Erin’s hands on approach to mentoring has proven to have had great success.
